Help save Winnie

Hi everyone, I had never imagined I would have to write this and am doing so with tears down my face....

Winston’s story... after suffering severe depression for many years from an abusive relationship, I had heard how much dogs can assist. I saved for over a year and finally found the perfect pup. Little Winnie. He was my first ever dog and anyone who knows me, knows that he is my whole world. My life became full of smiles and laughter.

Last night, my world fell apart. After
being misdiagnosed for almost a month, his true condition was able to take hold. Winnie has somehow been poisoned causing severe neurological damage. We are still unsure on the exact details and he has been in intensive care overnight. He has been sedated in attempt to stop his seizures, though they are still pushing through and making his body tremble. He is having CT scans and is going to have his brain fluid tested.

I live on my own on a modest wage and with the vet bills already at the 10k mark, this doesn’t include ongoing care and treatment if he actually does pull through. 

Winston saved my life..... and now I want to do everything in my power to save his.
