My beloved brother Seth was a victim of the tragic accident that happened in Huston Twonship. Seth was a wonderful man who loved deeply and continuously put others before himself. My brother had many great gifts to share, but the greatest of all was his contagious laughter. Seth will be missed by many and never forgotten. My family plans to have a celebration of life in Seth’s honor. This fundraiser was created to ease the financial difficulties  that come alongside losing a loved one. Abigail Neubert is the sister of the late Seth Neubert
