Fighting Cancer with Liz

Hello friends and family,

Please join me in praying for our dear friend Liz who is battling cancer. She has been a wonderful employee at Palace Kitchen for many years and has created such loving memories for her guests and coworkers. She is also an amazing mother to her 7 yr old daughter, Grace and a loving partner to her husband, Joe.

Liz has been living with Crohn’s disease for a very long time. Often, she would come into work with a brave and smiling face that warmed the hearts of anyone she encountered despite how she was feeling. She is truly an inspiration in her strength and positivity! Even weeks ago, when Liz was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer, she decided to undergo a very big surgery at the end of October to fight against this horrible illness. She will need months of healing and yet her spirit is fierce!

I would love to raise money so that her husband, Joe Parker, who is a beloved bartender at Palace Kitchen, can also take time off to be with his wife. It would be amazing to alleviate any financial stress while Liz is recovering.
