Getting Me Moving

My name is Carlos Hernandez. In September 2014 I had a stroke. 3 1/2 years later, I can speak through my memory is spotty. I can stand and walk around - but only short distances. Above is a photo of my wheelchair. Since the stroke has me partially paralyzed, I can only go out when somebody pushes me. I am writing this because I am having to do something I thought I never have to do - ask for help. I am hoping to get a motorized wheelchair. That wheelchair will not only get me out, but it will return to me my freedom!! To go out and look around. To get a drink and the newspaper. Basic freedom! I am hoping you guys can help me. Anything is appreciated! Who knows? I might send you guys a shot of me with the new chair surrounded by balloons! Thanks very much
