Help us Build a New Life

On New Year's Day, my husband sat me down and as gently as he could, and shattered my life. He told me that he wanted a divorce. That he hadn't been happy for awhile and wanted out. At this point, he was already done with our marriage and didn't see the point in drawing it out. In a matter of minutes I had gone from happily married (I thought) to my high school sweetheart for 10 years (We had been together since I was 16!!) to the prospect of being a single mother to three young girls.

Needless to say, I wasn't prepared and don't have the means to get us out of this house I can't afford on my own and into a place I can.

What I need help with is the funding for a new house or apartment that is big enough for the girls and myself. This cost would include first and last month's rent and any necessary deposits. I am also thinking I will probably need some help with legal fees associated with the divorce.

Anything helps. It is my hope that I am able to get enough help from kind strangers that I don't need to burden my family with helping me.
