Dan’s Road To Recovery

On Saturday, August 25, popular British U-19 Speedway Champion Dan Bewley was involved in a nasty crash while riding for the Workington Comets, culminating in the end of his 2018 season. He sustained multiple injuries, including a broken upper right arm, a broken left wrist and a broken left femur which is fractured in five places. He received emergency treatment on the track and has already undergone two operations to repair his broken bones, however he faces a gruelling six-month recovery period. Because Dan is such a well-liked and respected young man wherever he goes, this official fund has been set up to allow Dan’s many fans to contribute towards his ongoing treatment. All monies raised will go directly to Dan to ensure he receives the best care and treatment available.
