$61,000 in 61 Days to Double Mental Health Support for Men

Donation protected
May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
June is Men’s Health Month.

For us, those two months are when we fund the work that continues the rest of the year.

We’re raising $61,000 over 61 days.
That’s $1,000 a day through the end of June.

A private donor has committed to matching the full amount if we reach the goal.
If we do, it becomes $122,000.
If we don’t, the match is not applied.

Why this work exists

Most men are taught how to function, not how to process.

They learn how to provide, solve problems, and keep moving.
They are rarely given a clear way to understand what’s happening internally or how to communicate it.

That gap does not always show up as crisis. More often it shows up as distance in relationships, poor emotional regulation, isolation, or stress that has nowhere to go.

By the time it becomes visible, it has already taken a toll.

What we do

Whole Brother Mission was built to address that gap in a way men will actually engage with.

Our work includes:

- Collaborations and donations from Charlamagne tha God, Judge Lynn Toler, Bakari Sellers, and Vic Mensa.
-A mental health university tour that brings structured conversations directly to college campuses.
-Free mental health services for men who are unemployed or uninsured, along with support for their family members.
-Reentry support for men returning home from prison, focused on stabilization and reintegration.
-Annual scholarships for college students.
-A network of over 3,000 mental health professionals across all 50 states and Washington, DC.

This is established work that continues whether attention is on it or not.

How funds are used

Funding supports access and delivery.

It allows us to expand free services, increase the number of men we can reach, continue campus and community-based work, and maintain the professional network that makes national support possible.

What your support makes possible

* $25 extends our reach to men who are typically outside of mental health spaces.
* $50 supports the creation of programming and resources that help men better understand and communicate what they’re dealing with.
* $100+ helps fund direct services, live experiences, and ongoing support.

If the goal is met, every dollar is matched, doubling the total impact.

The ask

If you believe in the direction of this work, contribute at a level that works for you.

If it resonates, pass it along to someone else.

Reaching $61,000 determines whether this work continues at its current level or expands significantly this year.
