It's with a heavy heart sharing this information with you, but as many of you have probably heard, our friend Sherri Eggleston, has lost her husband and best friend Damon. Those of you that know Sherri and Damon and worked out with them, you could just see what a great couple they were. They were a great example of spousal teamwork. They came to class to support each other, grow together, and to cheer each other on. The LP Fit Fam knows, not only do we celebrate each others' victories but we also support each other and hold each other up during our lowest times too.
