600 Miles by 60 to Protect Environment!

As I approach 60, I wanted to honor this gift by doing things that connect me to people, places, and causes that matter to me. What better way to do this than a fundraising walk/hike/run? My goal is to raise funds to protect our environment, enjoy the gift of movement, and spend time with friends along the way. I plan to walk/hike/run 600 miles by the time I reach my 60th on Nov 11th. All funds will go directly to Natural Resources Defense Council, a top-rated charity whose mission is to safeguard the Earth, its people, its plants and animals and the natural systems on which all life depends.
