6 year old Savannah needs our help

My good friends Shaz and Matt have a beautiful little girl and her name is Savannah. When she was born she became very sick and developed NEC (necrotising enterocolitis) which is a medical condition where a portion of the bowel dies. Unfortunately Savannah has the most severe condition of Bell's Stage 3 (advanced disease of NEC).
She is unable to absorb nutrients the way a normal child would and has to be fed through a tube in her stomach. She doesn't get to enjoy the simple pleasure of tasting food the way the rest of us take for granted.
Savannah has been through quite a few major hospital procedures and in her short 6 years, she has spent so much time in and out of hospital.
Her complex medical conditions come with detrimental side effects and it can easily be said that the greatest of these will be her inability to walk or stand.
She has only recently had the latest of many procedures to aid with her muscle tightness and spasms. As a result of the treatment and the advancing of her condition, Savannah needs greater support at home to keep her safe and comfortable.
The reason I am hoping to raise funds for Savannah's mum and dad is because they are now facing huge costs to modify their home by installing ramps and pathways, fitouts to accommodate the equipment needed such as hoists and chair lift and purchase quite a few pieces of specialised equipment. The most costly of these items is a specialised, personally modified wheelchair and base. They will also need to look at getting a new vehicle to be able to take Savannah out.
After getting several quotes they are looking at around $46,000 initial outlay which is needed as soon as possible. The target I've set will help achieve this.
Please help me, help them. My heart breaks watching them have to find ways to make all of this work and I would be so grateful if by raising some money it can make this a bit easier.
