Support Our Daughter's Life-Saving Surgery

On February 21st, 2025, our family received news that our 14-year-old daughter has an atrial septal defect. This means she has a large hole in the upper quadrant of her heart. A diagnosis like this means she has to have surgery to fix this; if left untreated, this is fatal. We have been set up with a team of doctors through Riley Children’s Hospital, who will be doing her surgery on April 15th. TRICARE has informed us we will be financially responsible for 25 percent of that cost, which is $95,989.86. Asking for assistance is completely out of the norm for our family, as we work really hard for the things we have.
