In Loving Memory of Jordan Grace
Donation protected
On November 28th, heaven gained another Angel as my precious 3-month old niece--Jordan Grace--left the arms of her loving parents and entered into the arms of her Heavenly Father. It was excruciating to watch as the doctors were testing to see what was wrong, and we still are waiting for answers. So far it is looking like Jordan had Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy - meaning the walls of her heart were too thick and ultimately caused it to fail.
This is by far the most difficult time my husband's sister and her husband have ever endured. The emotional pain is indescribable, but the Peace and Love of God is Stronger.
Many people have asked how they can help, and even though nothing will ever take away the pain, your continued thoughts and prayers are coveted. Unfortunately, no one can ever plan for this, and expenses add up way too quickly. In lieu of flowers, any donation would be appreciated.
