We come to you with heavy hearts and a deep sense of urgency. Our beloved fitness and nutrition coach, Cesar Da Costa, affectionately known as Cesar Sakuraba, is currently facing the toughest battle of his life.

Cesar, who has tirelessly poured his heart and soul into uplifting and inspiring his fitness community, now finds himself in a critical medical condition. He is intubated in an ICU facility in a hospital at Plantation, Florida, fighting against sepsis (septicemia). This insidious condition has unleashed widespread inflammation in his body, wreaking havoc on multiple organ systems, including his heart and kidneys.

Despite the tremendous efforts of his medical team and the unwavering support of his devoted wife, Haisel Villalonga, Cesar's journey to recovery is fraught with challenges. The extent of his condition, compounded by the discovery of an irreversible heart condition, casts a daunting shadow over his short and long-term prognosis.

In this time of adversity, we rally together as a community to extend our collective support to Cesar. While he fights with every ounce of strength within him, we recognize the pressing need for financial resources to alleviate the burden of mounting medical bills and day-to-day expenses.
