Medical attention

Hello my name is Koda, This sweet cat showed up on my porch. He’ was missing hair and somethings up with his mouth and his leg. I took him to the vet and he explained everything to me. He said that he has ulcers. Caused by bleach. Most likely someone poured bleach down his throat. It caused severe ulcers around and in his mouth. It looks like he was hung up by his neck and thrown around like a rag doll. Injured his leg and something happened to his eye. The vet said it’s most likely because the stereotype on black cats. He needs surgery for internal problems and medication for the pain and antibiotics to help it not get infected. I’m helping him the best I can but I’m here to ask for help from the community.
