Speech Therapy For Jack

Hello. My name is Jessica, and I am here asking for help for my son. Jack is three years old and is in dire need of speech therapy. At three years and four months of age he is at a one year and eight month level. His inability to verbally communicate has prevented him from learning basic things that other children his age learn easily. It has also caused behavioral issues that could be corrected with therapy. As a parent, I fear that without this help my son will never be able to talk to me. That he will never say his own name, or tell me how old he is, or tell me he loves me. After many months of struggling to find a program that will accept him without insurance, I am now struggling to find the money to pay for his therapy. His therapy begins this week, and I am wiping out my savings to pay for the first month. I pray that he only needs therapy for a short time, but it could last a year, or more.
