This is my sweet girl Bella, my heart dog. She’s a senior Maltipoo and has been with me for 14 beautiful years. I’ve spent more of my life with her than without her, and she’s been there for me through everything from childhood to adulthood. She’s not just a pet; she’s my rock, my best friend, my constant, my emotional support, and the one soul who’s never let me down.

We recently got the devastating news that Bella has breast cancer. She has a mammary mass that’s growing quickly, and she’s in pain. It’s getting harder for her to walk, and I can see how much she’s struggling. The surgery to remove the mass is urgent. I want to do everything I possibly can to save her and give her a chance at more time — time without pain, time surrounded by the love she’s always given so freely. I’m turning to the kindness of others because I can’t do this alone.
