Hello, I’m a 35-year-old single mother of 2. I have been going through the most difficult time of my life: a divorce that left me with an eviction and a domestic violence charge I had to put on my ex. There was nothing in Miami for me; I couldn’t afford the rent, and no one would hire me there. So, I decided to go up north with the money I had saved to be able to leave the month so that I wouldn’t have to go through eviction and have it on my record.
I have congestive heart failure, AFib, and panic attacks, and all this stress is just weakening me. I finally moved up north last week, and I finally have a job I start on Wednesday. I am missing half of my rent for September. Now, the car dealership bank just called me and explained that if I don’t pay, they will tow the car as the dealer lied to me about my monthly payments just to get me to get a car, which I needed so I can get away and start fresh with my kids.
I cannot lose this car; it’s my only way to get my kids to school and go to my new job. I ask anyone to please just donate what they can so I can not end up homeless or with no car. I am trying to get back on my feet. If by Wednesday I don’t pay something on the car, I get penalized, and lord knows they come and take it. My kids start school Monday, and this is all too much for me to take. Please, if anyone can help me just to get back on track, I beg of you!
