Help Rodney and Jennifer Hancock with Medical Bills

Dear Hancock Friends, family, and compassionate community members,

After weeks of excruciating head pain and multiple attempts to get proper medical care, Rodney was admitted to the ER over the Thanksgiving holiday to Kaiser Roseville ER. A series of MRIs, PET scans, and biopsies revealed multiple tumors, along with a range of other complications. Although a definitive diagnosis has yet to be confirmed, it’s clear that Rodney’s journey ahead will be long and incredibly difficult.

And unfortunately, as if the emotional and physical toll of this news wasn’t enough, Rodney and his wife Jennifer are now facing an additional hardship: Rodney does not have the necessary medical insurance to cover the extensive treatments and care he needs. The medical bills—already including emergency room visits, scans, and tests—are adding up quickly, and unfortunately, more expenses are expected in the future.

This GoFundMe campaign has been created to help ease the financial burden during this challenging time. Our goal is to raise enough to significantly help cover the ER bills, scans, treatments, and ongoing medical expenses that Rodney and Jennifer will undoubtedly face in the coming months. The funds raised will allow them both to focus on Rodney’s care and healing, without the constant worry of mounting medical bills.

Rodney and Jennifer have been pillars of support in their community, in both their careers and communities. I know the love for them both is deep and appreciate any and all support and love during this time.
