New Baha For Myson

My little brother is 14 and needs a new Baha to help him hear. Cochlear can't fix his old one and wants 5000 for a new one. He is in need of a surgery to fix his ear drums and without it he will be completely deaf. My dad is a vet and so far insurance will not cover any of it and we are having trouble finding a way to get help for this. Anything will help even if all you do is share it. Tricare won't help so hopefully we can get help from others.
