I’m Mike Coombs, friend of Ligia and Chad Collins. I’m starting this Gofundme to help with the unforeseen financial strain due to family terminal illness.

Martha Sanchez’s mother of Ligia Collins and mother-in-law to Chad Collins has been diagnosed with cancer. She has spent some time in the hospital and undergoing cancer treatments.

Cancer can strike anyone at any time and when it does, it takes a toll on families. Currently Martha’s insurance only covers small portions of the cost. Martha Sanchez was diagnosed and started treatments at Jackson Memorial Hospital and the Medicare plan did not cover her treatments and hospital bills. This left Ligia and Chad Collins to utilizing savings and also credit cards in order to pay for the medical cost. Ligia and Chad were fortunate enough to have their mothers’ medical treatments transferred to Memorial Reginal in Broward where her medical plan covers more of the medical cost.

It's difficult for anyone to ask for help and the Collins family are not ones to ask for help. When it comes to Ligia and Chad, they will be the first ones to help anyone in need. To help Ligia and Chad at this time of need any donation you can provide would greatly help the Collins family.
