Grubbs Family

My dear friend Keith Grubbs has been recently diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). not only is he one of my closest friends, he's also been a colleague of mine for over 12 years at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Keith has been a registered nurse for 23 years. He is a loving father of two beautiful daughters, ages 12 and 14, and has been married to his wonderful bride and soulmate Ellie, for 20 years. Keith now faces the biggest challenge of his life. He must step away from the profession that he loves due to the infection risk is work environment poses. there's no question that this will have a major Financial impact on the Grubbs family as Keith is the main provider in his household. Keith has begun his fight and already started chemotherapy that will continue over the next two years per his doctors. He will also require at least one bone marrow transplant in the upcoming months. Battling cancer is hard enough without the added worry of medical bills, insurance cost and all the simple things we take for granted so often. I ask that you please donate anything that you can if able to help this wonderful family cover medical cost and maintain some sense of normality during this difficult time.
