Hi! We’re Eliza & Charlotte, two filmmakers in our mid-twenties, and the founders of Feral Films, a grass-roots production company. We make feral fables.

Last year we made our first short film Femcel, on a shoestring budget. It was shortlisted at Aesthetica and Worcester Film Festival (and more festivals ). Now we're doing something sharper, sassier and more feral…

Our next project: SLAY

SLAY is a hyper-pop music video about heartbreak, revenge and ultimate closure. Imagine: 90-something woman, dragging a bezzadled axe across the wild landscapes of the English moors to kill the man who broke her heart in her twenties.

Imagine folkloric pastoral landscapes fused with Gen Z hyper-pop energy, what we call pagan-pop. Inspired by an Icelandic folktale, Fleetwood Mac's live performance of Silver Springs, The Substance, an old-school Lady Gaga music video and our own heartbreak.

We’re filming back in our homelands of the the stunning hills of Herefordshire and Church Stretton’s Long Mynd. To do this effectively, we need money.

We’re keeping the budget lean: skeleton crew, DIY energy, fast turnaround. We’ve budgeted everything down to the penny (crew, travel, kit, equipment).
