5-Year-Old Harry is Walking a Marathon for Plumbley Park!

Hi everyone,

I’m Amy, Harry’s mum I’m so proud to share that my little boy, Harry (age 5!), has set himself a huge challenge to walk a full marathon (26.2 miles) to help raise money for Plumbley Park.

The park means so much to us and the community, but it’s in desperate need of love and improvement. With the help of our lovely friends and family, we’re hoping to raise funds to help towards restoring it.

Harry will be completing his marathon in stages, aiming to finish all 26.2 miles by the end of August and he’ll be doing it with the biggest smile on his face and so much determination in his little legs.

Every donation, big or small, will help cheer him on and bring us closer to making the park a space we can all be proud of.

We’ll be keeping everyone updated with his progress right here and on social media and we’d absolutely love for our friends, family and community to come out and cheer him on when he reaches his final leg (we’ll update you all with a date) Let’s make it a moment to remember and give him the finish line celebration he deserves!
