Jay Frost is a 23 year old CF warrior with advanced lung disease from his Cystic Fibrosis. Jay is about to be listed for a double lung transplant, but has caught a bad break and recently suffered a collapsed lung. He fought on BiPAP, but ultimately had go on a ventilator. He is in the process of being transferred to NYC once an ICU bed opens, to hopefully be listed for and get a transplant.
Let me tell you a little about Jay. Earlier this month, he was barely able to walk from his bedroom to the kitchen, but as part of the transplant evaluation process, was able to pass a 6-minute walk test. Jay is toughness and determination personified. He is also fun-loving, big-hearted, loyal, extremely funny, and has the ability to light up a room. He deserves the chance his younger sister Lindsey and best friend Nick got - the chance to breathe through transplanted lungs. Jay was always there in support of his friend and sister, and he needs your support now.
