Theo's Top Surgery
Donation protected
Hi everyone, my name is Theo and I am transgender.
So far, my 18th year around the sun has been one of my best. After coming out as trans and starting testosterone, I’ve been more and more at ease every day. While these steps have alleviated some of my gender dysphoria, I am excited (and relieved!) to finally take a big step in my journey by getting top surgery. My surgery date is scheduled for June 18th, which means I will be able to start college as my truest, best self. I am beyond ecstatic.
Having top surgery is a goal I’ve had for quite some time. I have dealt with gender dysphoria since middle school, and I can say with certainty that it will be a relief to finally get this weight off my chest! I have been binding my chest for a few years now, and this surgery will not only allow me to live free of chest binders, but also the discomfort and disconnect I currently experience.

Unfortunately, insurance doesn’t pay for my procedure, so I’m looking at about an $8,500 cost. I have around $4,750 (and counting) saved up from my own money and a family contribution, so I’m now trying to close the $3,750 gap.
Any donation helps, and is beyond appreciated. If you’re unable to donate, sharing my page with others means a lot! I will also be accepting cash donations that go toward my surgery (if that is easier than donating online) and will record those contributions on here.
Thank you for being a part of my journey!
