Good morning family and friends of Ted and Linda Housden.

 

My name is Angela Aguirre, and it has come to my attention that someone we all love dearly and care about needs our immediate assistance. This is why I am setting up a Go Fund Me account on behalf of Linda Housden to alleviate the enormous financial burden that she is being faced with. Linda's husband Ted has been in Kaiser Hospital since Dec. 26th with Covid and pneumonia. This weekend, he will be admitted into a rehab facility to begin extensive physical therapy to regain his strength and return home with Linda. But Linda fractured her back in three places recently and is in a full-body brace herself, and unable to provide care for Ted at home at this time. Until Ted regains his strength, the rehab facility will require him to go to all of his scheduled dialysis treatments three times a week by gurney in an ambulance, which there is a high cost for this much needed service. The emotional strain of the ambulance transport costs of $1,260 a week is an enormous burden for Linda. Additionally, out-of-pocket medical expenses continue accruing, including one of the facilities losing his cell phone and his only pair of eye-seeing glasses.

 

Linda is such a sincere, loving, compassionate true friend, and she needs our help, as she has been there for many of us with her bountiful measure of love, compassion, and extended prayers.
