Health Fund For Mike Soliz

My name is Frank Samano, Burbank Class of 77. My classmate and good friend Mike Soliz has recently fallen on difficult times. He suffered an ischemic stroke and is also suffering from other chronic medical issues. As a result he has lost his job and has no medical insurance to fall back on for further medical treatment as well as housing costs and everyday necessities. Mike has applied for disability at the direction of his doctor. He has been told that it will take a substantial amount of time to receive benefits.
