Hi, my name is Josh. I am aiming to get top surgery September 2026, once I have finished my final year of university. I want to achieve this soon as I want to have a career as a performer on stage. I will try my best to save up for this myself but with the little time I have I won't be able to raise all the funds for it in time as I can only get part time work due to uni. I would really appreciate any type of help even if we don't get to my goal in time.
