My name is Kerri Stack. All proceeds of this fund will go directly to Victoria Smart. My husband Chris met Brandon Smart when he (Brandon) was student at the hospital. They became instant friends and shared a love for wrestling. Brandon, his wife Tori and their two children quickly became like family to us. Sadly, Tori lost Brandon recently and is left to raise their two children, ages 6 and 10, alone. Brandon, a respiratory therapist, was the goofiest and also the kindest person I’ve known. He countered his shyness with humor that not everyone understood, but appreciated nonetheless. Tori and the kids were the reason he breathed. When Brandon became ill, Tori had to cut her hours at the convenience store substantially in order to care for him. When Brandon passed suddenly, Tori was left to figure out life for herself in very unfamiliar territory. At this time, she is unable to proceed because the funeral home will not release the death certificate until the bill is satisfied. I am asking for donations to help keep a roof over their heads and food on their table. A little act of kindness will go far to help this sweet family recover and rebuild after an incredible loss.
