Support For The Herrera Family

Hello friends and extended community members. We are sharing our friends' struggles in hopes to help them during a time of need. During the Holidays, Erik became very ill with pneumonia. His health worsened and he ended up in the ICU with an infection in his blood. As a result, he has been unable to work since New Years. Erik is self employed, he owns his own Plumbing Business. He is a hard worker and the sole provider for a family of four. Due to being self employed, Erik and his family are not able to qualify for Unemployment, Disability or any Government assistance. Daisy, Erik’s wife has been taking care of Erik the best she can by taking him to all his medical appointments, making sure he has enough oxygen, caring for him in their home as well as taking care of their two children, a 7 and 1 year old. The Herrera family has endured a severe financial and emotional hit.

We hope we can all come together to assist the Herrera Family by raising money for the day to day expenses and hopefully help ease the family's financial burden. Please keep Erik, Daisy and their two small children in your thoughts and prayers. They will need time, love and a lot of support before they are able to jump back on their feet.
