The loss of a great man
Donation protected
I have created this GoFundMe page for a dear friend of mine, Dawn Line. Her husband, David, unexpectedly passed away after suffering a massive heart attack on April 8th. The two of them have been married for 21 years and shared 3 beautiful children together, Hannah, Patrick and Rachel. When Dawn and David met, she had a son of her own, Jason. David stepped in and cared for Jason as his own son. David was Dawn’s whole world... her rock. This terrible loss has left Dawn absolutely heartbroken and feeling lost... scared...
David was a wonderful man! I had the pleasure of knowing him for over 15 years. Since the day I met him, he treated me & my children like family.
David worked at Books4School for the past 23 years and was a great coworker and friend to many people who are going to miss him a great deal. He was a very hard worker and the main breadwinner of the family. He always made sure his wife and children had all that they needed. Dawn has worked at Attic Angel Place for the past 21 years, which is where I was blessed to have met her. She works part-time and has health issues of her own.
I am reaching out to you all, asking that you consider helping out Dawn and her children. Unfortunately David did not have any life insurance, therefore the stress of already losing him and now having to bury him is heavily weighing on his family. I’m hoping we are able to pull together enough money to assist Dawn and her family in paying hospital bills, rent, utilities, as well as groceries. I understand this is a trying time for most given the global pandemic we are experiencing, so please just know that anything helps. We are also asking for prayers to give Dawn and her children the strength and peace during this very difficult time. Thank you all.
