UPDATE: The roofers came out yesterday and the bid was a bit more than I anticipated. At $25k I can get all the way there.

Hello! My name is David P. Jackson from Burbank California and I find myself in a pickle - In order to keep my homeowner's insurance I have to replace the roof on my little 2 bedroom house asap.

I am and have been a full-time musician for the last 56 years and I would love to keep doing that in my home!

Estimates I have gotten for a new roof are around $20,000. Ouch. I will use whatever funds I get to replace the roof on my home.
