Support Veronica's Road to Recovery

Hello! This is Olivia Johnson, Veronica’s sister.

On July 28, 2025, our beloved Veronica was involved in a tragic accident that left her with very serious injuries. The injuries resulted in a level 1 trauma medical flight from the local hospital to Iowa City— where she immediately under went her initial surgery. As she begins what will be a long and challenging road to recovery, our family is doing everything we can to support her—physically, emotionally, and financially.

In the days ahead, Veronica will face significant medical procedures, rehabilitation, and ongoing care. To help ease the burden of the mounting medical expenses, we’ve created this GoFundMe as a way for friends, family, and our wider community to come alongside us during this incredibly difficult time.
