My cousin, Aferdita, has been battling cancer for a couple years now. She got better for a bit but then recently fell sick again. My family is Albanian and comes from Kosovo. Aferdita was receiving treatment in Kosovo but was then sent to Albania where they told her to go to Istanbul, Turkey. The treatment in Istanbul is $36,000. Aferdita is 36 years old and has 2 young boys. Aferdita is known for her sense of humor and brings so much light and positivity to our family. Any donation big or small means everything to us.
