Jocelyn Goyette Memorial Fund

This page was set up for the family of Jocelyn Goyette, whom was taken from us way to soon at the age of 24. On July 28th the day started off like any other. Jocelyn was her happy self doing last minute things for her sister's baby shower. She decided she would go out and catch up with a friend and go to the fair. Around midnight that's when things took a turn for the worse. Mickey Rivera decided he was going to flee from the police. Unknowing to Jocelyn she tried to get him to stop but he would not. The chase ended when his Toyota Sedan collied into a GMC SUV on Rt.28 east around 12:14 am. The sedan split in half and caught fire. Both of them were thrown from the car. Jocelyn was flown to Boston Medical where doctor began to everything they could to save her. She suffer from a multiple fractures in her skull and face. Collapse lungs, serrated liver, fractured leg and broken ankle. Along with numerous cuts and burns. She was a fighter. But unfortunately Jocelyn fight was over on July 29th at 8:48pm. She was surrounded by her family and friends during through her entire fight. But she left a son and fiance behind. Javien, 3, to young to understand what is going on. Jorge trying to cope with loosing the love of his life and becoming a single father. And trying to figure out how to put out her to rest. We need help no one expected this. She was 24, at the wrong place at the wrong time. She loves her son more than anything and would never put herself in a predicament that would cost in her life. Anything will help. All donations will go to the cost of a funeral and to help take care of Javien. Thank you in advance.
