Can you help Billy?

As many of our friends will know, billy has suffered with his breathing for a long time now, to the point where he recently collapsed on a walk, he's been loosing weight and unable to eat properly.

We decided it was time for billy to undergo much needed BOAS surgery to give him a better quality of life, this would widen the back of Billy's throat, nostrils, remove his tonsils and excess skin, and this should have been a fairly routine surgery.

The operation has been successful but sadly Billy has such a tiny trachea and restricted throat, the swelling has caused billy to stop breathing on his own, and he's had to undergo an emergency tracheostomy to save his life, this is a procedure where a tube is fitted to the wind pipe to bypass Billy's throat to allow him to breathe, and he is currently desperately unwell and requires constant care, and his outcome is sadly not guaranteed

Billy's operation and aftercare has now surpassed the amount he is insured for, and I've exhausted all financial options to continue his 24/7 aftercare (£500 per 24hr period)

To ask for financial help in the current climate I know is a massive ask, but I wouldn't ask if I wasn't desperate to try and save Billy's life, and anyone who knows billy, will know he deserves this chance, and I've tried my very best to give him that. I can't say that your contribution will save Billy's life, but it will allow us to give him the best chance we can to pull through, and genuinely anything will be appreciated, even if it's a pound, the fact you've tried to help, will mean the world to us.
