Katie Moore is 12 years old and has been diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer. Recently she underwent surgery to remove a large tumor. She is now undergoing chemotherapy and needs our help. The money donated from this site will go directly to the Moore family to help with the cost of surgery and treatments that insurance doesn't cover.
