On December 20, our very dear friend Joseph French was shot four times, with bullets lodged in his skull and midsection, by robbers trying to steal his cell phone in Honduras. He was walking home from a Christmas party at the high school where he teaches English. Donations have been used to transport Joseph to Baylor Medical Center, but now money is needed to help offset past and future medical bills. Currently, he owes for bloodwork, emergency dental work, and 3 CT scans totaling upwards of $5000.  He is unable to work and Social Security benefits do not provide enough assistance to support his daily needs, as well as pay off these bills.
