Samantha Mrozinski

Hi, my name is Danielle and I am one of Samantha’s many cousins, and on behalf of myself and our family I would like to start this campaign to help take the burden off my uncle Keith Mrozinski, by helping him pay for the expenses of his daughter Samantha’s unexpected and untimely death.

As many of you may know, Sam lost her long fought battle to depression on December 25, 2023. It left many with broken hearts and questions, but find peace in knowing that Sam is finally at rest, dancing, drawing, and petting all the kitties in heaven with the biggest smile she could ever wear. Looking down upon all of us proudly while finally in a place that she can just be in peace and tranquility.

Many friends and family would describe Sam as an introvert, but that doesn’t go without saying how kind, loving, intelligent and talented she was. She had a wicked sense of humor and often expressed it thru her art. Sam started volunteering at Safe Haven pet Sanctuary in 2017 where she found peace in connecting with the cats and fellow employees.The cats brought joy to her life while she was quietly yet constantly fighting this inner battle of this mental illness. There were also many people in the places she worked, volunteered, and attended that brought joy to her days, and gave her the push she needed. From singing and dancing like no one was watching, to drawing cute cats on pizza boxes that would bring joy to strangers lives each day. She really knew how to make everyone feel a love even if it was from a distance.

Sam’s family will miss her dearly and will always remember her beautiful infectious smile, her silly voices, and the ability to just be who she was freely without a care in the world of who was watching. Sam was someone to learn from as she held so much knowledge, in things that many could never wrap their heads around.
