Need help paying for Karen's Surgery

Hi my name is Karen Pierce and I have made this gofund.me page to see if anyone would be willing to help me out.

I am supposed to have carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel surgery on my left arm may 6th. I have both in both wrists and arms but I have chosen to only do surgery on my left because it's the worst. I have trouble daily with picking things up, writing, opening a bottle and even showering because my arms and hands go numb and sends shooting pain into my arms. I have to ask for help more times than I would like. This pain has been going on for about 4 years and has gotten worse.

The hospital called today and told us that my insurance covered a big amount of the cost but we still need to pay$ 1903 and at least 500 on surgery day.

My husband has been working extra hard to pay for it but it's not enough.
