Funeral cost and family support

Today, February 11, 2022 we lost a father, husband, brother, and friend. David Portillo Garcia, a Salvadoran migrant, was a healthy 50 year old man, who lost his battle against COVID. COVID impacted his lungs to the point where his heart stopped. He leaves behind his wife and 3 kids who relied on him to provide. We are here today asking for financial support. He was always willing to help and had a big heart. His unconditional love will never be forgotten. Please help us raise the funds for his funeral expenses and to support the family in this difficult transition. Any contribution is greatly appreciated.

Hoy, 11 de febrero, 2022, perdimos a un padre, esposo, hermano y amigo. David Portillo García, migrante salvadoreño, era un hombre saludable de 50 años, que perdió su batalla con covid. Covid impactó sus pulomones hasta que hizo que su corazón se detenga. Deja a su mujer y tres hijos que dependían de él para su sutento. Hoy les pedimos ayuda financiera. El siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar y tenía un corazón enorme. Su amor incondicional nunca será olvidado. Por favor ayúdennos a reunir los fondos para sus gastos de entierro y para apoyar a la familia en esta difícil transición. Cualquier contribución es bienvenida.
