Need a little help for my father

My father, Arnold, has been in and out of the ICU for the past 2 months and while Medicare is covering most, he and my stepmom are coming up a little short. He was just admitted to the ICU again 2 days ago with sepsis, kidney infections, and a bladder infection. Because of his blood thinners the dr's are very limited in which antibiotics they can use and have had to keep taking him off of the antibiotics to try a new one because they were making his heart worse. Apparently if your heart doesn't work it doesn't matter if you clear up the infection.

Right before this all started she had to leave her job, then he got sick and can barely stand up on his own, let alone work. They were renting a room to a tenant who walked out on them the other day and social security just isn't cutting it. I've given everything I can and even if it's only a dollar, it's still one dollar that will help them keep food on the table and hopefully get him into rehab at some point.
