I have cancer and need your help!

For a few months now I have had severe pain in my arm and neck, not knowing what it was, I tried everything to fix it. When the pain became too much for me to handle I went to the hospital. After many tests and scans, I have recently found out that I have cancer. Thankfully this cancer is treatable, however it will require 8-9 months of treatment, during which I will not be able to work.
