Patrick Watchorn had his kidney transplant on 17 th jan 2014. After being diagnosed with fsgs at 18 mths. Patricks new kidney took 4 wks to wake up and do
Its job. We flew back to rockhampton for 4 wks.  Patrick was able to go back to school for 2 weeks. Sadly the disease Fsgs, has returned already. We have flown back to brisbane and have been told he needs treatment for 3 months to a year. Patrick is now needing Plasmapheresis. Everything is up in the air. Its now been 2 weeks and his neutra cells are nearly non existant. His hb is dropping. He is very immune suppressed and has already got staph infection. He had a permacath inserted on sunday night. I know so many ppl have helped us already but the next few mths are going to be tough on all my family. So any small donation will help. We already are missing our family. The unknown is so scary. Life is unfair but with the kind support of friends,family and total strangers we as a family will get through this.
