Help Save Eren ‍

Hi everyone, I’m fundraising for my cat Eren. He’s a domestic short haired cat who has recently suffered a urinary tract infection which led to a blocked urethra. He spent 4 days in the hospital in July due to the severity of his condition. Upon discharge we were told that Eren had 6 hours to urinate on his own. If he was unable to, then we were to consider humane euthanasia. Seven hours in, he produced some urine for us. And we are so grateful for our little guy putting up a fight. Since then we have seen minimal progress. But progress nonetheless :)

However, September 7 me and my fiancé opted to take him back to the animal hospital since he had not urinated in about 18 hours. It was determined that his urethra is blocked again and that we would need a repeat of the treatment he received in July (~$4,500). Along with treatment we were presented with the option of perineal urethrostomy surgery (~$4,000-$6,000). This surgery would widen his urethra and potentially prevent future blockages.

Insurance will not cover Eren’s medical expenses. We’ve depleted all of our funds to do everything we can for him. So we are asking you for support. All of the funds allocated will be used for Eren’s treatment and any excess amount raised will be donated to All Pets Animal Hospital where he is currently receiving treatment.

Every bit counts in raising money to provide our sweet boy the best treatment possible. Me and my fiancé Brenda are incredibly thankful for any contribution made in helping us achieve our goal to cover the costs of Eren’s medical expenses.
