Luis is a patient of mine and a student at The Academy of Ability. His family's minivan was stolen from their apartment complex in the middle of the night.

His mother works for the school and uses this van to bring Luis and other students to school. She brings him to medical appointments and to fun places in and around Orlando.


Luis also uses an adaptive carseat which was funded through alternative insurance as his Medicaid does not cover this. This was stolen along with the van.


Luis is a bright young man who uses a communication device to talk to his friends, family, and teachers. This family deserves a new van very much. Please donate as much or as little as you can.
