Hello, I’m Chef Chuck, and I am asking for your support to help take my small family-run business to the next level. Let me share how we got here, and where we are going. From as far back as I can remember, I have always loved cooking. Growing up between my hometown, Atlanta, GA and South Jersey, I was drawn to the kitchen as my grandmother cooked huge dinners that filled the house with great smells and family. Now that I have my own family, I proudly fill that role. Since 2013, I have worked relentlessly toward building a business that I can leave to my children. A ‘blue chip’ stock is one with a solid reputation, strong performance, and one you want to bet your money on. The quality of our food and service is no different, so with that in mind, BlueChip Catering was born. Since then, we have had the privilege of catering weddings, milestone birthdays, and countless other special events. We’ve helped people achieve heath goals through our meal prep services, and served celebrity clients and radio personalities. We’ve also been featured in publications in both New York and Georgia. Now it’s time to put BlueChip Catering and Events on 4 wheels and the open road. Over the past 5 years, we have gained followers around the country (and world) just by sharing images of our food, but the dream is to execute our vision of a fully mobile catering business.
