Hello my name is John. Im 37 years old I was just released from the hospital for a triple bypass heart surgery. My problems started in April of 2025, what i thought to be was back pain fast forward to September 8 2025. On that day my pain did not subside and I went to the hospital where I spent 4 days. I was released with a blood clot on my heart and blood thinners to try and reduce it. Two weeks later I was life flighted from my house to the hospital. Where I spent 11 days between preparation for surgery, surgery, and recovery to go home. My full recovery to return to work is 6- 8 weeks. I dropped the ball and never signed up for long term or short term disability. Thinking I was too young for this to happen to me. We have house payments for November and December coming up , as well as other utility bills for these two months. We also need to put food on the table and three grandkids to care for also. Anything would be appreciated.
