To those who know me and to those who don't, my name is Stephanie Boucher and I am a mother of 3 beautiful girls in which I am fighting to protect. As embarrassed as I am to share my story, I am at a point where I am out of options. So, here it goes, I am here asking for help in order to protect my daughters from their own father who has admitted to committing a serious sexual crime.

In October of 2024 my ex-husband was arrested and later indicted in Bexar County, Texas for aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child involving his current wife's child who is a minor. On October 7th 2025, he pled to deferred adjudication for indecency with a child meaning he admitted guilt and was placed on community supervision. Ever since he made bond he has continued communication with the current wife and has relocated himself to only 0.4 miles away from where he resided with the current wife and her children. I feel he has shown or felt no remorse even more so with his continued bizarre behavior and that makes him even more dangerous to my children.

Since learning what happened, I have done everything in my power to protect my own children from him. With the help of my attorney, I have filed a petition to terminate his parental rights. Unfortunately, my savings are now exhausted and my attorney cannot continue the case without additional payment. I would like to point out that this is not about revenge. This is about justice, accountability and the safety of my girls.

The next court hearing could determine whether he will ever have access to my daughters again. I cannot allow the lack of money to be the reason my children won't be protected. Your support will help pay for the following:

Para aquellos que me conocen y para aquellos que no, mi nombre es Stephanie Boucher y soy madre de 3 hermosas niñas a las que estoy luchando para proteger. Por muy avergonzada que esté de compartir mi historia, estoy en un punto en el que me quedo sin opciones. Así que, aquí va, estoy aquí pidiendo ayuda para proteger a mis hijas de su propio padre que ha admitido haber cometido un delito sexual grave.

En Octubre de 2024, mi exmarido fue arrestado y luego acusado en el condado de Bexar, Texas, por agresión sexual agravada a una niña y indecencia con una niña que involucra la hija de su esposa actual, que es menor de edad. El 7 de Octubre de 2025, aplicó una adjudicación diferida por indecencia con una niña, lo que significa que admitió su culpabilidad y fue puesto bajo supervisión comunitaria. Siento que no ha mostrado ni sentido remordimiento, aún más con su continuo comportamiento extraño y eso lo hace aún más peligroso para mis hijas.

Desde que me enteré de lo que pasó, he hecho todo lo que estaba a mi alcance para proteger a mis propias hijas de él. Con la ayuda de mi abogada, he presentado una petición para poner fin a sus derechos parentales. Desafortunadamente, mis ahorros ahora están agotados y mi abogada no puede continuar el caso sin un pago adicional. Me gustaría señalar que no se trata de venganza. Se trata de justicia, responsabilidad y la seguridad de mis hijas.
