Kara's Hope ~Nobody Fights Alone

Hello everyone, my name is Brianna. I'm writing to tell you about my BEST FRIEND IN THE ENTIRE WORLD...Kara. For the past 10 years or more Kara has been battling brain cancer. She has fought her butt off, receiving and handling almost three times the amount of treatments then the average person. Kara has two children, Isiah(newly 18) and Amira(9). Isiah has watched his mom fight for more than half his life, Amira has never know anything different, for her mommy has always been sick. My tears are welling up so I'm just gonna get to it, please forgive me. Kara, Isiah, myself, her only sister and her dad attended a doctors appointment for a follow up after Kara had 3 seizures within 2 weeks. It was at that time the doctor informed us that there is 3 new spots of cancer in her brain that is different from what she already has. Doctors have shortened her life expectancy dramatically. For the next 6 months I am going to do anything and everything within my power to make sure I make her dreams come true. I am asking for the help of anyone and everyone who is willing to join me in this cause. It would be a dream come true to send Kara and her children on a vacation to build as many beautiful memories as possible, it would be a dream come true to pay her vehicle off, it would be a dream come true to see Kara's contagious smile light up at not just the thought of meeting one of her favorite celebrities but to actually do it. Words couldn't begin express. My wish is to keep my friend forever and grow old with her watching talk shows. We can't have my wish, so the least I can do is fight this battle with her, as we make some dreams come true. She deserves the best of everything while she's with us.
